Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of our NGS technology and Oncology product portfolio to healthcare professionals, research institutions, and hospitals.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advanced features and clinical benefits of our solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs in the oncology and molecular diagnostics field.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide feedback on market needs to support the development of new products and enhancements.
- Collaborate with medical and scientific teams to organize and participate in educational events and seminars.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
