Senior Engineer (R&D)

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent on-the-job training for professional development.
• Formulate and develop high-performance cathodes based on an aqueous manufacturing process.
• Design experiments and analyze data for developing new types of material or battery technology.
• Assist the technology transition from the lab scale to the pilot scale.
• Assist with daily lab operation and management.
• Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Chem, material science, or related areas.
• Experience in Li-ion battery technology. Familiar with the fabrication and characterization of batteries proficiency in both English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Good problem- analytical, solving abilities, well-organized, good multi-tasking skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.
• Self-disciplined and motivated, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Occasional travel to mainland China or overseas is required.
