Job Responsibilities
- Participate in feasibility studies for company research projects based on project requirements, complete system design, and confirm technical parameters and functional evaluations.
- Follow departmental documentation standards and material naming rules to complete product structure models, engineering drawings, EBOM, and structural technical parameter requirements. Review and approval from project managers and department heads are required for the outputs.
- Responsible for stack design, material application, assembly, debugging, and sealing of prototype models based on prototype models. Ensure that the prototypes meet self-inspection requirements and pass relevant regulatory tests.
- Complete structural design changes and sample confirmation work for mass production based on design change requirements. Ensure that change designs pass review and closure.
- Guide junior engineers or assistant engineers in completing design work.
- Apply for patents for products or components based on company's intellectual property protection needs. Prepare technical disclosures, patent modifications, and other tasks related to patent applications until the patent is granted.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with electrical engineers, algorithm engineers, test engineers, etc., to develop equipment inspection standards and participate in acceptance processes.
- Assist project managers in preparing other design and development documents for production transformation and registration requirements. Ensure smooth completion of project transition to mass production and registration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Proficient in design software such as UG, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and capable of conducting CAE mechanical analysis.
- Familiar with engineering drawing standards and representation methods, knowledgeable in selecting and annotating dimensional tolerances.
- Familiar with the selection and use of standard structural components, proficient in mechanical processing technology, familiar with hardware and plastic surface treatment processes, and have experience in project initiation.
- Familiar with processing methods for materials such as metal, plastic, TPU, and silicone, with some understanding of product surface treatments.
- Open-minded and innovative thinking, with a certain level of creativity in achieving product functionality and structural design. Familiar with the design of non-standard parts.
- Prior experience in the development of medical devices or robots is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills.
