Job Responsibilities
- Conduct r:equirement analysis for BMS software and algorithms based on project plans, and engage in technical communication with clients.
- Develop comprehensive performance evaluation algorithms for the entire lifecycle of the system, including battery health assessment algorithms, and implement them on the data platform.
- Design algorithms of BMS to evaluate the status of battery systems and carry out related testing and calibration work.
- Work with software engineers to develop a multi-scale simulation platform for lithium batteries.
- Responsible for the management of BMS software and hardware development process.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with electrochemical properties and safety related characteristics of lithium-ion batteries
- Experience in core algorithms of battery management system (SOX estimation, power management, fault diagnosis and processing)
- Proficiency in BMS software and hardware development process and understand BMS control strategies.
- Familiarity with battery system testing methods and testing tools
