Wireless Network Engineer – Professional Services

Provide technical support for wireless telecommunication equipment;
Pre-sales technical support including wireless network design，customer presentation and training;
Post-sales technical support and project management to help the customer have a successful network deployment and service launch;
Routine technical support to existing customers for troubleshooting;
Technical document writing: user manuals, application notes, project/test reports, etc.

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field of studies;
Strong RF network planning/troubleshooting skills;
Solid experience in Wi-Fi and/or 3G/4G/LTE;
Hands-on experience in switches, routers, and bridges;
Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills;
Project management experience will be a plus;
Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies;
Global travel is required;
Outdoor work is required, with the ability to move and setup network equipment; and
Will also consider fresh / recent graduates for entry level positions.
