Job Description

• AI Workflow Design and Implementation
• Design and implement AI workflows to ensure the efficiency of data flows and integrations.
• Optimize model development and deployment efficiency, ensuring workflows align with the latest technological advancements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and storage.
• Fine-Tuning Large Language Models
• Use transfer learning techniques to fine-tune pre-trained large language models for specific domains or tasks.
• Collect and prepare high-quality, domain-specific datasets to ensure models are suitable for specific applications.
• Test and optimize model performance to improve chatbot accuracy and user satisfaction.
• Integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Techniques
• Design and implement RAG architectures to enhance large language models’ capabilities, integrating external knowledge sources.
• Develop and manage retrieval systems to efficiently extract relevant information to support model generation.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain and update knowledge bases used for RAG systems.
