PO2 is a software & design studio. Founded by veterans from tech giants like Google and Deliveroo. We have decades of experience working in tech in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. Our team builds websites, brands and apps to multiply your tech business. Our clients are in fintech, crypto and AI. PO2 Labs is our research & development arm where we will be testing, building and launching our own tech products. Job Description

We are flexible to adapt your responsibilities according to your skills and interests.



Web Development

- Learn and develop web development skills using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Assist in the development of websites.

- Collaborate with the team to design and implement high quality, user-friendly, and performant websites and apps.



Product Development

- Support the development of new products as part of PO2 Labs.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new product ideas.

- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI and their potential applications.



Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve designs and UX flows.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development process.



Research & Innovation

- Explore trends and advancements in AI to contribute to PO2’s offerings.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

You don’t need to meet all the preferred skills below as long as you are curious, hardworking and willing to learn. English fluency is a must however as we are an international team.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React and experience or familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
• Interest or experience in AI technologies and tools.
• Basic understanding of design principles and user experience (UX).
• Ability to work with design tools such as Figma is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Desire to work in a female-led team.
• Enthusiasm for new tools and technologies
