Job Description

Tinker is seeking a passionate Drone Developer Intern to join our innovative team. You will work on designing, developing, and testing drone systems and software for smart photography applications. Responsibilities include integrating hardware components, developing flight algorithms, and optimizing system performance. You’ll collaborate with experts to push the boundaries of drone technology, contributing to real-world products. This internship offers hands-on experience in drone development and the chance to be part of a cutting-edge project that blends creativity and technology.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Strong programming skills in C++/Python.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and drone platforms (e.g., PX4 or ArduPilot).
• Knowledge of flight dynamics, navigation, and sensor integration (e.g., cameras, IMUs).
• Familiarity with drone simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo).
• Background in electronics, robotics, or computer vision is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
