Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Design Engineer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to transform our robotic finger prototype into a market-ready product and launch it as an educational kit. This position involves working closely across engineering, design, and marketing functions to ensure the successful development and launch of the product.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in robotics or educational products. Experience with taking a product from prototype to market is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), prototyping, and engineering analysis tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
• Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with project management software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and educational content.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and education. Ability to develop engaging and educational product content.
