Homekong is among the world's safest e-bikes, equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), an anti-theft system, front and rear dash cameras, a blind-spot monitoring system, a crash detection system, a turn signal light, and a smart handlebar.

Since the pandemic, Hong Kong residents have been engaging in more outdoor activities, leading to a significant increase in cycling accidents, reaching a 20-year record high. Cyclists often face higher risks of accidents compared to car drivers. Our e-bike aims to enhance their protection, reduce the likelihood of injuries, and even save lives. According to a traffic survey, safety concerns are one of the major factors deterring people from choosing e-bikes as a means of transportation.

"Our design concept is 'out-of-the-box design for the future.'" We strive to break away from traditional e-bike designs and create futuristic signature designs that captivate and inspire.

Technology

Our advanced systems can alert cyclists to potential dangers, helping prevent accidents. The system collects and analyzes information from dash cameras and radar sensors, then sends alerts to cyclists. The combination of radar and dash cam utilizes advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms to detect approaching vehicles from blind spot areas. These alerts can swiftly influence their riding decisions, compensating for inattentiveness and loss of control.

Our e-bike incorporates smart motion and crash sensors to detect falls. These sensors can identify and measure the intensity of a crash when cyclists fall from the e-bike. Additionally, the e-bike is equipped with turn signal lights to indicate the intended direction of the cyclists. The brake light is activated to warn approaching vehicles when the e-bike comes to a stop.
