CPAS
The ClusterTech Platform for Atmospheric Simulation (CPAS) is a cloud-based service platform which implements Customizable Unstructured Mesh Generation (CUMG) and Hierarchical Time-Stepping (HTS) on Model for Prediction Across Scales - Atmosphere (MPAS-A (v6.3)) to better serve the computational needs of numerical atmospheric model users.
OPER
The ClusterTech Online Platform for Emission Reduction (OPER) is an online simulation platform which focuses on improving regional air quality in China. Based on the technical guidance of “Three lines and one list”, OPER integrates a regional weather model, chemical transport model, source apportionment model and comprehensive algorithm for optimising emission reduction and is able to assist users in determining the allowable emission of air pollutants, understanding the gap with standard, and formulating related control measures in the region to identify the key control area. OPER has revolutionised the traditional quantitative emission reduction method, providing an innovative multi-emission approach to target both the quality and quantity of pollutants.

EIA PATH v2.1 Solutions
Since the release of the new air quality impact assessment model PATH v2.1 (also known as “new PATH”) in June 2021, EPD requires that subsequent air quality impact assessments be evaluated via this new tool. The air quality impact assessment model, PATH v2.1 is one of the most complex and time-consuming EIA applications. Air quality data preparation and long-term maintenance of the computing environments are extremely challenging.
