CombCure is an intelligent cancer diagnosis and treatment platform specially tailored for doctors. It integrates multi-omics data, diagnosis image data, and clinical data to assist doctors in analyzing and diagnosing patients quickly, comprehensively, and accurately. It can also provide personalized diagnosis recommendations by retrieving useful information from massive data integration and literature libraries for each patient. With the accumulated data of more than 1 Petabyte of cancer genetic data from around 10,000 patients and clinical & diagnosis data from more than 100,000 patients, the team has also developed software, pipelines, and AI models for cancer data analysis, which have been integrated into the platform. Using the advanced data processing methods and the vast data volume, we have collaborated with many top-level hospitals and laboratories.
