We are a young ConTech and ICT company founded by professors and research students from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Currently, we have two full-time staff and three part-time staff.

Description

Our business aims to develop and provide cutting-edge technology solutions for the unmanned aerial system (UAS) and AI-driven high-performance digitised management of built environments under the Smart City 2.0 framework. We will focus on developing software platforms to support and integrate specialised UAS for fully autonomous control and navigation. Furthermore, the integrated UAS platform can be coupled with advanced artificial intelligence algorithms for 3D reconstruction, target of interest evaluation (fault diagnosis), building information modelling (BIM), and digital-twin driven geographic information systems (GIS) to revolutionise the digitisation and management of smart built environment and associated facilities. We can provide software platforms related to specialised and intelligent UAS as well as contract services covering built assets inspection, site reconstruction and management, environment survey and monitoring, as well as facility management. Our target markets include Hong Kong, mainland China, and Southeast Asia.

Our Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and AI Driven High Efficiency and Precision Built Asset Inspection and Management include the following five major technologies:
1) Unmanned Aerial System: fully autonomous multi-UAV cooperative exploration-exploitation software platform for complete and efficient outdoor and indoor built asset data collection.
2) AI-based 3D Reconstruction System: a state-of-the-art (SOTA) deep learning-based multi-view stereo algorithm for more accurate, complete, robust, efficient, and multi-scale 3D reconstruction.
3) AI-based Built Asset Defects Detection System: a large-scale defect database with detailed annotations and SOTA deep learning-based algorithms for more accurate built asset defect classification, detection, and segmentation.
4) Coupled Geographic Information and Digital Twin System: A digital twin-based building inspection system to achieve task deployment, model integration, visualisation and simulation for UAV-based inspection tasks.
5) Integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) System: an advanced solution for autonomous point cloud-to-BIM conversion for holistic built-asset performance evaluation.

Technology

We plan to provide high-efficiency, high-precision and low-carbon built environment digital twin platform construction, digital profiling, target of interest evaluation, and information management empowered by unmanned aerial system (UAS) & AI technologies.
