Narrative Projects is spearheaded by a seasoned team from Toronto, Canada. With a wealth of experience in launching startups and achieving successful exits, the core team predominantly consists of engineers, including the founding members.

Our mission is to drive innovation at the intersection of AI and the fashion industry, transforming how the industry approaches design, sourcing, and market trends. The garment supply chain is characterised by a complex network of relationships among various stakeholders. By leveraging data and AI, we can unravel this intricate web, providing clearer insights and more efficient operations. Our GenAI model is a step towards digitising and streamlining these processes, offering productive and agile benefits to the ecosystem.

We are modernising a traditionally analogue business model by introducing digital solutions. One of our primary challenges is acquiring sufficient data to effectively train our deep learning models. To address this, we are collaborating with key industry partners who are able to supply us with unstructured data. Alongside this, we are focusing on data engineering techniques, including the creation of a vector database. To navigate the obstacles associated with data acquisition, we have employed AI technologies to efficiently organise and process data from analogue sources. This approach is enabling us to bridge the gap between traditional methods and the digital era.
