System Engineer for BMS(Battery Management System)

Conduct r:equirement analysis for BMS software and algorithms based on project plans, and engage in technical communication with clients.
Develop comprehensive performance evaluation algorithms for the entire lifecycle of the system, including battery health assessment algorithms, and implement them on the data platform.
Design algorithms of BMS to evaluate the status of battery systems and carry out related testing and calibration work.
Work with software engineers to develop a multi-scale simulation platform for lithium batteries.
Responsible for the management of BMS software and hardware development process.

Familiarity with electrochemical properties and safety related characteristics of lithium-ion batteries
Experience in core algorithms of battery management system (SOX estimation, power management, fault diagnosis and processing)
Proficiency in BMS software and hardware development process and understand BMS control strategies.
Familiarity with battery system testing methods and testing tools
