Order Processing Clerk

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales order processing, data entry and checking, filing system control, coordination with clients and customer services representative, etc
  • Coordinate with customer service representative on sales order status and arrange shipment to ensure on time delivery.
  • Daily administration of customer service functions
  • Prepare documentation and perform other clerical tasks
  • Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2-3 years experiences in customer service field;
  • Able to work independently and have team spirit;
  • Meticulous in following up details;
  • Have responsibility & Willing to work overtime;
  • Positive Attitude, self-motivated ; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin;
  • Immediately available is preferred
