Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales order processing, data entry and checking, filing system control, coordination with clients and customer services representative, etc
- Coordinate with customer service representative on sales order status and arrange shipment to ensure on time delivery.
- Daily administration of customer service functions
- Prepare documentation and perform other clerical tasks
- Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 2-3 years experiences in customer service field;
- Able to work independently and have team spirit;
- Meticulous in following up details;
- Have responsibility & Willing to work overtime;
- Positive Attitude, self-motivated ; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin;
- Immediately available is preferred
