Researcher (Algorithm)

Job Responsibilities

  • You will:
  • 1. Be responsible for algorithm research applied to acoustics, hearing aids, and wearable devices, including algorithms in acoustics and audiology such as front-end processing and sound effects, speech enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis, as well as algorithms in physiological signal processing analysis, motion classification and recognition.
  • 2. Be responsible for implementing algorithms on hardware platforms to enhance the functionality, performance, and reliability of the algorithms.
  • 3. Be responsible for algorithm applications in products to enhance product advantages and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • We expect you to:
  • 1. Hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in fields such as Acoustics, Audiology, Electronic Engineering, Electronic Information, Microelectronics, Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and its Automation, Electronic Science and Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Signal and Information Processing, Medical Information Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 2. Be focused, with a passion for exploring the essence of things, and strive for excellence in technology.
  • 3. Have clear logical thinking, adept at speculation, able to quickly track the latest global research findings, and inspire innovation.
  • 4. Be passionate about research, committed to commercializing research results, marketing them worldwide, and becoming a talented individual who gains confidence, enjoyment, and profits from it.
  • 5. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, and acoustic projects is preferred.
