Job Responsibilities
- Understand & gather project requirements to define work schedules, and tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the projects;
- Coordinate regular project meetings with cross-functional teams, departments of HKUST, and collaborating Universities;
- Monitor and review project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met;
- Maintain accurate internal records and a good filing system;
- Consolidate technical reports, and presentation/ demonstration materials for research teams;
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Project Leader or his/her delegate(s)
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with proven experience in project management and business administration.
- He/she must be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong; and in possession of a bachelor’s degree awarded by a local university, or jointly awarded by a local university together with a non-local university.
