Research Officer

Job Responsibilities

• The appointee will be involved in research projects on synthetic chemistry, drug discovery and molecular diagnostics in a multidisciplinary team of chemists, biomedical and clinical scientists.
• They are expected to bring in new research initiatives in synthetic chemistry and chemical biology for cancer research.

Job Requirements

• Applicants should possess a PhD degree in Chemistry or Biomedical Science or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience and publication record in the one or more of research areas including catalysis, organic synthesis, bioinorganic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer pharmacology, Chinese medicine, natural products, metal-based therapeutics and diagnostics, bioimaging, mass spectrometry, proteomics and/or metabolomics
