Commissioned in 2016 by the HKSAR government, the Data Technology Hub (DT Hub) in Tseung Kwan O InnoPark was built to begin an age of digital transformation and evolve Hong Kong into a data economy. This data centre will help realise the city’s “new industrialisation” vision. DT Hub provides ancillary or complementary data transfer operations and global telecommunications support for data centres and switching centres in Tseung Kwan O InnoPark and Hong Kong.

Riding on the development of high-value-added software, Big Data, and AI, Data Technology Hub is envisioned to drive industrial upgrades, with special features for data centre support, multimedia processing, as well as R&D activities.
