HKSTP x HYAB : Youth Start-up Internship Programme 2024 (YSIP)
Searching for an internship in the innovation and technology (I&T) community? Whether you have a STEM background or not, look no further than the HKSTP x HYAB : Youth Start-up Internship Programme 2024 (YSIP).
Co-organised by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB), YSIP offers three to six months internship opportunities to students studying in Hong Kong to work in startups in HKSTP’s Ideation and Incubation programmes.
You will be exposed to a variety of activities comprising workshops, social networking events and company visits to gain in-depth understanding of opportunities in Hong Kong’s largest I&T ecosystem.
Get ready to immerse yourself in the I&T community and explore unlimited possibilities.
We welcome full-time students from any disciplines at local post-secondary or tertiary institutions in Hong Kong to join YSIP.
Programme Objectives
- To provide students with work experience in the startups community, fostering their interest in pursuing a career in I&T
- To allow HKSTP’s startups to engage with potential hires early, while students acquire work experience, job skills and establish network in the entrepreneurial environment
- To alleviate the challenges that startups face in recruiting talent
- To nurture talent and drive the development of local I&T related industries
