Part Time Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • The company is looking for a Part Time Accounting Manager to come to office (mainly in HKSTP) for 3 days a week, there will be possibility for this role to become a full time position in the next 12-18 months.
  • Invoicing, payment, purchasing and data input
  • To assist in the creating of a flow for budgeting, budgetary control activities, cash flow management and financial forecasting processes with related functional teams, and to provide data input.
  • To manage the annual audit processes with external auditors / subvention bodies and support our 5-man operation in Shenzhen for tax issues.
  • Support quarterly financial analysis reports, including AR, AP, burn rate and cash flow outlook for executives and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
  • To improve and manage accounting policy, internal control procedures, costing systems.
  • To review, prepare and implement the required compliance requirements of corporate procurement policies and procedures.
  • Admin and personnel functions such as MPF, insurance, salary payments and expense claims reimbursements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines.
  • Qualified Accountant is preferred but not essential.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting area, including group consolidation, due diligence and re-structing practice.
  • MYOB experience is a MUST
  • Very detailed oriented to ensure accuracy in data input for BoD meeting.
  • Communication in English, Mandarian and Cantonese is essential.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
