Job Responsibilities
- To work in close collaboration with management in overseas offices on full spectrum of HR services
- To coordinate with overseas HR teams to review local compensation, incentive, and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness
- To facilitate management review and approval on staffing proposals, ensuring compliance with defined standard and procedure
- To coordinate annual global exercises such as performance appraisal, salary review, bonus distribution & budget, ensuring such exercises are carried out in a timely and professional manner
- To facilitate international transfer including package formulation, visa application, tax and other logistics arrangement
- To review global HR workflow, procedures, policies and provide functional advice to overseas offices on policy implementation and execution
- To administer HR Information Systems
- To support implementation of relevant corporate initiatives in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in regional MNCs environment
- Hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits administration and HR Information System
- Advanced level in MS Excel application
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must
