Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for internal recruitment needs of the company and work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs.
- Use various recruiting channels and tools to screen and interview resumes, assess candidates’ abilities, and background.
- Manage the entire recruiting process by creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
- Provide professional and insightful recruiting advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate recruitment. Candidate(s) with more years of experience will be referred to the Senior Recruitment Specialist position.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish ties with diverse talent groups.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving, and negotiation skills, and attention to detail needed.
- Proven track record in sourcing diverse talent, recruiting top talent, and maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
