Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for wireless telecommunication equipment;
- Pre-sales technical support including wireless network design,customer presentation and training;
- Post-sales technical support and project management to help the customer have a successful network deployment and service launch;
- Routine technical support to existing customers for troubleshooting;
- Technical document writing: user manuals, application notes, project/test reports, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field of studies;
- Strong RF network planning/troubleshooting skills;
- Solid experience in Wi-Fi and/or 3G/4G/LTE;
- Hands-on experience in switches, routers, and bridges;
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills;
- Project management experience will be a plus;
- Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies;
- Global travel is required;
- Outdoor work is required, with the ability to move and setup network equipment; and
- Will also consider fresh / recent graduates for entry level positions.
