AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists to gather, clean, and prepare data for AI/ML models.
• Select, train, and optimize AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and explainability.
• Integrate AI/ML models into existing software applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate AI/ML models for performance and fairness, identifying and addressing potential biases or issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities for innovation and advancement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• At least 1+ years of working experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of success in designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, including deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
• Experience with data engineering tools and techniques.
• Experience with AI/ML-related tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience of using knowledge graph with large language model
• Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices for AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Prior consulting experience in the AI/ML domain.
