Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the office automation (OA) implementation project.
  • Assist in handle daily general accounting duties, AR/AP transactions; maintain proper filing and accounting records.
  • Ensure internal control measures in compliance with corporate standards.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
  • Experienced in ERP/Kingdee project management and proven experience to work with IT on relevant system implementation.
  • Strong project management skills to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure..
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
