Backend Developer (Human-AI Interaction)
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to development needs of web applications and innovation projects;
- Understand user requirements for designing system specifications and developing technical and innovative solutions;
- closely with Project Manager, system developers, and data analysts for developing system solutions with service performance fitting user requirements;
- Identify issues and dissect complex problems for systematically deriving solutions;
- Deliver clean and maintainable codes, optimized for high volume usages;
- Perform function development and enhancement, system deployment and testing;
- Prepare documentations for maintenance and enhancement purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
- 1-3 years or above experience in web application development using Node.js, MySQL, API Development, Nginx, Express.js, and MVC Framework;
- Willing to learn and have strong interest in exploring and implementing advanced technologies and mechanisms;
- Strong problem-solving skills in backend programming and system handling;
- Self-motivated with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using open-source software like GitHub is a plus.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching other designers or teammates would be an advantage.
- Candidate with higher relevant experience level may be offered another senior job title
