Job Responsibilities
- Be the key person for external stakeholders including educators and decision-makers at schools
- Formulate strategies and sales plan to achieve sales target
- Integrate Growgreen's mission and education resources to provide high-quality STEM content and hands-on learning experiences to educators and students
- Facilitate inquiry-based learning for students in the classroom setting, both virtual and in person
- Develop and test new curriculum for STEM educational programs
- Organize marketing events, workshops, seminars, etc
- Take up ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably major in Education, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in project management and content development, preferably in the Education.
- Up-to-date with the latest STEM education trends and best practices
- Exposure in STEM education and hydroponic industry, and understanding of HK school curriculum will be an advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- A good team player with strong communication skills, self-driven and able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision
