Business Development and Sales Manager (STEM Education)

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the key person for external stakeholders including educators and decision-makers at schools
  • Formulate strategies and sales plan to achieve sales target
  • Integrate Growgreen's mission and education resources to provide high-quality STEM content and hands-on learning experiences to educators and students
  • Facilitate inquiry-based learning for students in the classroom setting, both virtual and in person
  • Develop and test new curriculum for STEM educational programs
  • Organize marketing events, workshops, seminars, etc
  • Take up ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably major in Education, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in project management and content development, preferably in the Education.
  • Up-to-date with the latest STEM education trends and best practices
  • Exposure in STEM education and hydroponic industry, and understanding of HK school curriculum will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • A good team player with strong communication skills, self-driven and able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision
