Commercial Assistant - Contract Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in bidding and negotiating telecommunication projects (Turnkey projects and Maintenance Service projects);
  • Formulate negotiation strategies and ensure successful implementation of the strategies;
  • Act as a representative of the negotiation team to communicate with the clients;
  • Draft contracts and take part in the overall review of contracts to support the decision-making process in contracting stages;
  • Engage in continuous review and improvement of existing contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualifications and experience in international trade, financing, international business law, project management will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; candidate with achievements in negotiating large-scale projects in the telecommunication industry will be an definitely advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
