Commercialisation Officer / Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and data analysis for trend and industry update to explore new business opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports, marketing materials and presentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the admin, business and R&D teams
  • Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading R&D and marketing materials
  • Support event planning, execution and review
  • Work closely with internal and external parties
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ solid working experience in handling patent applications and intellectual properties is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese and English word processing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to work under tight schedule is essential
