Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
  • Handle customer orders, inquiries and compliant by phone / E-mail
  • Communicate with purchasing / warehouse department and clients for shipment / delivery arrangement
  • Provide perfect solutions to client inquiry via different communication channels
  • Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle daily RFQ, order rescheduling & forecast management
  • Ac hob job assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

  • F.5 graduate with 5 or more passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B)
  • At least 2 years solid working experience in sales administration or customer service field
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient PC skills and MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable
