Executive Assistant/ Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman’s Office;
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate the meetings or events as required including agenda preparation, and other events such as managing travel and accommodation;
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive project success;
  • Support Chairman's Office for business & personal matters;
  • Maintain confidential documents and assist in market research & ad hoc duties
  • Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Management or equivalent;
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in admin and business support;
  • Solid experience in serving senior executives and sizable companies is definite advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, and team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fast paced with good time management skills, able to prioritize and organize well;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate available is advantageous
