Field Applications Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.
- Assisting in sales, service requests, and technical support for customers.
- Evaluating the customer's requirement regarding application, technological, and functional aspects of proposals accordingly as instructed
- Preparing technical proposal, formulating intricacies involved in technical solution for support.
- Troubleshooting on customer's request, resolving engineering issues, conducting regular follow up, and monitoring for obtaining new sales opportunities.
- Participating in different seminars, conferences, and showcases for promoting products.
- Maintaining customer frequently.
- Providing the report to record customer’s requirements and technical details.
- Reporting to General manger.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / physics or other relevant disciplines.
- Sales experience in Electronic component / Optical modules would be preferable.
- Passionate, creative, self-motivated, highly analytical & independent, target-oriented, outgoing and well-organized.
- Positive team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skill.
- Good relationship building technique and customer servicing mindset.
- Willing to grow up with company development.
