HR Manager - Business Partnering & TA

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be based in our commercial office in Tsim Sha Tsui, working with our commercial leaders to develop meaningful people strategies and scalable processes to maximize company performance.
  • The role is core in executing our people initiatives and leading the team to achieve our goals.
  • This includes, but is not limited to hire the right people, empowering our people to perform at a higher level, providing world class experiences for our people, and identifying learning opportunities for our talents.
  • You will work closely with our Commercial Manager by regularly reviewing our workforce planning to improve the efficiency of our organization.

  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with expertise in coaching and influencing business leaders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently and collaboratively with all levels.
  • The ability to transform business insights into plans for people growth and development.
