Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate various operations departments to ensure our organization operates efficiently.
- Set and monitor KPIs, helping project teams to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate successful spin-offs of projects from FLAIR, ensuring smooth transitions, allocating resources, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential technology licensing opportunities, assess their feasibility and market potential, and lead the execution process to generate revenue.
- Assist the Centre Leader in maintaining effective communication with ITC and other government departments, preparing reports and representing the organization when necessary.
- Offer project management expertise to individual project leaders as needed, assisting in planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Support the Centre Leader by handling various ad-hoc tasks that arise from time to time, such as research, analysis, and coordination to support organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
