Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including job vacancies, resume screening and interview arrangements, to ensure recruitment efficiency and quality;
  • Participates in the design and organization of onboarding training programs for new employees to help new employees integrate into the company culture and team;
  • Assists in employee performance evaluation and appraisal, collect, organize and analyze performance data, and provide performance management suggestions;
  • Organizes employee training and development plans to improve employees' professional skills and professionalism;
  • Assists in resolving employee relations issues, handling employee complaints and disputes, and maintaining a good working atmosphere;
  • Participates in the formulation and optimization of human resources policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and standards of human resources management;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology or relevant disciplines;
  • Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate effectively with employees and management;
  • Familiar with human resources management processes and relevant laws and regulations, and have certain experience in employee relations;
  • Possess strong organizational coordination and problem solving skills, and can handle various human resources matters independently;
  • Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office) with good file processing and data analysis capabilities;
  • Priority will be given to those who have experience in human resources management and with relevant qualification certificates;
