Job Responsibilities
- Market Expansion of IT products: Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
- Be responsible for the booking and revenue targets of IT products (e.g., storage, server, big data, cloud computing).
- Industry Insight and Planning: Deeply understand the requirements of the customers, insight the industrial trend by customer visit, collecting and analyzing all marketing information. Create co-operative business plans with service providers and their partners, help to define new business models and support product features.
- Solution Designing: Be capable to make product and solution design, including configuration, quotation and technical proposal and etc.
- Customer Communication and Engagement: Enhance customer relationships by professional solution sales capability and impact the customer to accept our product and solutions.
- Deeply involvement of Marketing Activities: Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts. Promote full range of Huawei IT Technologies solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Partnership Management: Develop more IT partners with channel sales manager and win back some competitor partners.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Storage products of other vendors ,
- Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution.
- Over 5 years direct IT experience with a proven track record in an international IT equipment company.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at CxO and technical level
- Proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
