Job Responsibilities
- Assist centre leadership in formulating and implementing policies and procedures for intellectual property (IP) and data privacy.
- Handle matters related to the application, renewal, licensing and transfer of trademarks, designs, and patents.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to employees on the protection of various intellectual properties (trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights) and commercialization of IP.
- Manage the center's IP portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Hold a master's degree or above in any engineering discipline, preferably with a degree in law.
- Have 3 years or more of work experience in the field of IP.
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common PC skills.
