Material R&D Engineer/Postdoctoral Researcher/Scientist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, preparation & characterization of battery electrode & electrolyte materials, and understanding of relevant latest industrial & academic progresses;
• Responsible for the scale-up experiments, and formula & process optimization for pilot production;
• Works closely with teammates on battery performance, reliability & safety evaluations;

Job Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in electrochemistry, material science & engineering, or relevant disciplines;
• More than 2 years of experience in material R&D and experimentation with independent completion capability;
• Proficient in experimental design & verification, data analysis, material preparation and R&D documentation;
• Masters the positive & negative electrode materials and solid electrolyte materials for lithium-ion & sodium-ion batteries;
