Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans according to the company's needs.
- Research the supplier market, evaluate and select suppliers to ensure optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery time.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best purchasing terms and prices.
- Manage supplier relations, including regular assessment of supplier performance and feedback.
- Monitor and predict future inventory needs. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their product and service needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, purchasing, or related fields.
- Good Command in English and Mandarin.
- 3-5 years+ of work experience in purchasing or related fields. Experience in the internet or technology industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle complex problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
