Research Scientist - Drug Development (IND and Clinical Trials)

Job Responsibilities

  • We are looking for two Research Scientists to play a pivotal role in our Investigational New Drug (IND) enabling processes and clinical trials. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in pharmacology, biochemistry, or a related field, with a passion for translational research and clinical development.
  • IND Enabling Studies: Lead and conduct preclinical studies, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and toxicology, to support IND applications. Or/and
  • Drug Discovery: Design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of intermediates and bioactive compounds . or/and
  • Clinical Trial Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Or/and
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. Or/and Or/and
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, providing scientific expertise and guidance in drug development projects. Or/and
  • Regulatory Submissions: Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, including IND applications and clinical trial protocols. Or/and
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and contribute to innovative research strategies in drug development.

Job Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical science, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in preclinical research and/or clinical trial design is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and procedures in drug development.
