Senior Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) - Station in Huizhou
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with BA clients, arrange process improvements and customer verification, responsible for process evaluation and development during the new product NPI (New Product Introduction) stage.
- Draft new product process flow, formulate DFM (Design for Manufacturing), confirm and review process parameters for each operation, and set testing standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues during the trial production phase, organize targeted solutions, drive related improvements, and compile project reports.
- Responsible for confirming key technical issues with clients and coordinating and mobilizing internal resources to address them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related science and engineering majors. Experience in the mobile phone cover industry is a plus.
- English proficiency at CET- 6 or above with fluent speaking skills, able to communicate directly with clients.
- Three or more years of technical development experience in 3C products, familiar with mobile phone back cover manufacturing processes.
- Strong team collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
