Job Responsibilities
- As a group level role, you will play an important part in leading our Asia BUs in achieving better performance marketing result and formulating Mar-tech strategies and adaptation. You will be responsible for formulating and driving multi-channel Ad Strategies & Mar-tech projects to acquire, influence or drive customer actions across our digital landscape in Asia.
- Drive Ad-tech & Mar-tech solutions adoption, implementation and effectiveness evaluation & enhancement.
- Provide consultancy support to Asia BU stakeholders to optimize and scale overall paid advertising efforts for positive traffic, sales & ROAS growth across channels, include SEM, paid social, affiliate, display / programmatic.
- Lead Asia BUs in achieving better Performance Marketing results by preparing playbooks & strategy suggestion, reviewing performance and enhancing media tracking capabilities.
- Be a subject matter expert on emerging trends in performance marketing, constantly identifying new opportunities to test/adapt for building effective strategies that drive customer actions and acquisition.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of working knowledge and implementation experience on key digital platforms and tools (i.e. PPC, Google Analytics,Social & Programmatic) with good understanding on paid media landscape and best practices.
- Understanding & Passionate to Performance Marketing & Martech Tools, Technologies, and Ecosystem.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills to provide clear and evidence-based case studies & recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Good project management, collaboration skills along with strong growth mindset.
- Passionate about digital media and willing to embrace a fast-paced changing landscape.
