System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Work with project management team to collect user requirements and support daily operations
• Work with vendors and internal teams to build a robust bioinformatics platform with high processing throughput
• Develop system designs and applications to integrate with internal and external applications across on-Premises and cloud platforms
• Provide required test cases and documentations for continuous integration and delivery
• Provide production and on-site support if necessary
• Provide technical advice to team and mentorship to subordinates
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of post-graduate experience in application and/or backend developments
• Prior experiences in clinical or mission critical systems would be hugely advantageous
• Knowledge on containers, k8s, public cloud and API gateway is preferred
• Hands-on experiences on React.js, MySQL, MongoDB or equivalent
• Knowledge on automation and CI/CD tools is preferred
• Matured and self-motivated with determination to succeed
• Good organisation skills, good communication skills and a team mind-set
• Ability to work independently and good time management skills
