Job Responsibilities
- Help us build the best team of talents by attracting, engaging with and selecting the right candidates.
- Take a keen interest in growing Eats365’s EVP through Linkedin, social media and participating in job fairs and career events
- Act as a guide for new employees by ensuring a smooth onboarding process so that new joiners settle in well
- Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to help them transition into their roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics to find the best fit candidate; manage expectations of both hiring manager and candidate
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and come up with new ways of attracting talent; make recommendations and improvements to the Eats365 candidate journey over time
- Take a keen interest in the tech space, understand how other players position themselves and how we can stand out from the pack
Job Requirements
- University graduate with at least 3 years of talent acquision experience
- A passion for discovering top talent through active headhunting and proactiveness to build a pool of candidates
- A keen interest in employer branding--lead campus recruitment efforts and building an attractive Linkedin company page
- You take ownership of your role, consider yourself result-oriented and have the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
