Job Description
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage communication and documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and roadblocks
- Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, equipment rental, and venue booking
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools
- Provide support for project managers, team members, and stakeholders as needed
