Job Description

As a Business Innovation Intern, you will play a key role in brainstorming, researching, and developing cutting-edge solutions to expand our product line and optimize our upcycling processes.



Key Responsibilities:

• Research and propose innovative product ideas that align with Renatus’s mission to upcycle glass bottles into eco-friendly products.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the sustainable product space.

• Collaborate with the team to analyze the feasibility of new product concepts, including cost, materials, and production methods.

• Explore and recommend technologies or methods for upcycling glass bottles efficiently and creatively.

• Assist in prototyping new product concepts and developing proof-of-concept models.

• Work closely with the design and production teams to bring ideas to life and improve existing processes.

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, ideas, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Work Mode

Full-time, Part-time, Mix-mode (remain consistent within a calendar month)

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of product design, upcycling, or manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices.

• Ability to use design software is a plus.

• Knowledge of green technologies or emerging trends in recycling/upcycling is advantageous.

Creative and Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

• Ability to think creatively and come up with unique product ideas.

• Analytical mindset to evaluate feasibility and market potential of new ideas.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Other:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Product Design, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Passion for sustainability, upcycling, and environmental responsibility.
