Customers leverage on our solution for assessing, subcontractor performance, worker awareness and onboarding, early risk identification, incident reporting as well as claims and disputes. Our solution also helps with 2 ESG goals, by ensuring that every single worker’s safety and wellbeing is being looked after and taken care of as well as having more efficient operations to reduce the overall carbon footprint. Ailytics has over 20+ pre-built readily deployable AI modules, that can cover 90% of common operational scenarios and is currently one of the leading video analytics solution providers in Asia with more than 100+ projects across 4 continents.

Job Description

1. Cutomer and Site Management
  • Act as the primary POC for customers and sites.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance, and support throughout the deployments by understanding the users’ pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the utilization of our products and technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on key customer success metrics.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

2. Solution Administration
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Ailytics’ Video Analytics solutions into customers’ workflows
  • Conduct maintenance and daily checks on deployments, troubleshoot issues, and escalate matters to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support for the web dashboard and mobile applications to streamline the AI application functioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
