Rechips offers a viable solution by specializing in the upcycling of fruit and vegetable pulp from juice production into nutritious chips. Our product provides nearly a full day's serving of gut-healthy fiber, crafted from upcycled ingredients such as organic kale, celery, and okara. By transforming food waste into healthy snacks, Rechips not only aims to mitigate the food waste problem but also promotes sustainable eating habits. Our initiative stands at the intersection of environmental responsibility and health, paving the way for a more sustainable food industry in Hong Kong.

In addition to producing nutritious snacks, Rechips is committed to educating consumers about the benefits of upcycling and responsible food consumption. We plan to collaborate with local businesses and organizations to host workshops and campaigns that encourage sustainable practices. Ultimately contributing to a greener and healthier Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Assist in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and documenting findings.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve products.
  • Help in sourcing materials, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of new prototypes and product enhancements.
  • Assist in testing and quality control processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Provide general support for R&D projects and initiatives.
